A HOT Q226 |
Description: |
At the gas station filling up for the rest of our trip to Louisville, I hear the dispatcher come on and talk to the CEFX 3119 and give him an EC1. I could hear the conductor, so I knew he was close. We scrambled back to town and waited. Not one, but two Bluebirds! |

Coming out of the hole at North La Grange, the EMD throb was heard from quite a ways as they yanked their auto's Northbound. |

It took a good 10 minutes for these two to come into view after hearing them for a few miles out. So classic I almost figured on a few WC SD45's coming around the corner. |
