Not anymore, atleast for the people in charge of the power desk. But these old girls still get plenty of chances to continue plying the high iron as intended, although rarely on foriegn railroads nowadays. I think this qualifies as a "Holy Sh*t" moment in todays railroading, a CSX SD40-2 resting on the ready tracks at Pokegama after doing the honors for the UP's MDMCN. |
